 Grandma knew he loved her. My Dad told me of a clear morning in May when he was riding behind Grandpa on horse back. He recalled that Grandpa turned off the trail and rode out into a pond and picked white water Lilly's for Grandma for their wedding anniversary. Dad never forgot that day and neither will I.
